I appear to be limited in space for each Rogues Gallery post, so here is the start of a second one - with Islamic Iran's delegate to the UN Human Rights Commission!! One of the worst of the worst. Only the cat-torturing 'ayatollah" Khalkhali (the hanging judge), who loved hearing the screams from tortured cats may have been worse.
